Former Vice President Joe Biden has told several supporters he is running for president and asking for their help in lining up top donors so he can quickly raise some of the millions he'll need to win the Democratic presidential nomination.
Biden is concerned he won't be able to match the millions some of his Democratic competition raised in their first 24 hours as a candidate, such as Beto O'Rourke's $6.1 million and Bernie Sanders' $5.9 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The former vice president has hinted he would run in 2020 but has yet to make an official announcement, despite a slip of the tongue over the weekend that sent speculation into overdrive.

Wouldn't it be amusing if the Democrap's big name announces, and gets a resounding B F D when it happens? Biden has some chops and a lot of history, but he is like 130 years old. His party is running to the young, radical left. He might end up standing in the rain at the station, waiting for a train that left three weeks ago.
RUN JOE RUN. RUN JOE RUN. RUN JOE RUN.
Ya. Old white guys ore SO yesterday.
