Gavin Newsom, Governor of the formerly great state of California, is moving ahead with a tax of $10 per month for water hookups in the state. He is also moving forward with an as-yet unspecified tax on people who raise livestock, presumably because such animals piss and shit on the ground and are therefore dangerous to the water supply.
The Democraps hold a super-majority in both houses of the legislature and hold all constitutional offices in the state. However, there are Democraps who represent agricultural areas in the state and who may balk at this bald-faced money grab.

What a sham.
Not so fast Bob. It's a known fact that cows (livestock) are a major contributor to global warming. Or global cooling. Or climate change. O something. I know this because a 25 year old socialist airhead of a congresswoman said so. And she's the boss. And science can't be wrong.
So it seems only fair.
