Wednesday evening a woman called the San Joaquin County S.O. to assert that her ex was threatening to murder her and her children at their home. The Escalon PD was nearest and three officers responded. Just as they drove up Matthew Freeseha, Jr., 39, stepped out of his truck armed with a shotgun. He shot, The cops shot. He missed. They didn't.
