Valedictorian Nataly Buhr delivered a shocking graduation speech on June 6 where she criticized San Ysidro High School staff for being negligent and unsupportive of students.
The senior, of San Diego, California, started by thanking the school and her parents before taking a sharp turn and launching her critical attack, calling out her counselor and a drunk teacher.
'To the teacher that was regularly intoxicated during class this year, thank you for using yourself to teach these students about the dangers of alcoholism,' she said.
She then said her counselor ignored appointments with her and her parents, leaving her to 'fend for myself'.
Students were shocked with her surprising commencement speech, many gasping and covering their mouths in responses. But Nataly says the feedback has been positive.

She told the truth. A lot of high school counselors are lazy and don't do a proper job. You go, girl!
In CA most high school graduates can neither read nor write so their career options are limited.
