Ronald Stolarczyk, the home owner who was arrested after terminally rehabilitating two home invaders with an unlicensed handgun (left to him by his father) has been RORd on his illegal weapons case. He was not charged for actually shooting the two scum bags, merely for having the gun.
According to the news story I read on this he can not go back to his home as it has been condemned over issues having nothing to do with the shooting. There is a substantial local push to help the guy out, deservedly so.
