Enrique Gonzalez, 48, of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is facing sentencing for misdemeanor stupid in public for choking his chicken on a United Airlines aircraft while traveling between LA and San Antonio. The witness / complainant asserts that he was waving his flag for half an hour. His wife admits to helping him along during the process, though she is apparently not being charged.
He is facing 90 days in the slammer and a $500 fine.
I guess United doesn't hand out blankets any more.
