A Utah woman is being charged with a misdemeanor sex offense that could make her a registered sex offender. Her crime. Her step children saw her topless in her own home.
This horrible crime was committed in the home Tilli Buchanan, 27, shared with her husband and three two children, ages 9 thru 13. She and her husband were hanging sheet rock and they were both shirtless, to prevent their shirts from getting covered in sheet rock dust and mud residue.
The children's biological mother reported the incident to the cops.

Put on a T-shirt. Weird, but not a sex crime. In fact, exposing breasts isn't even illegal to my knowledge. Maybe that's just in Texas. Who knows what the fuck is going on in Utah?
Apparently tits are obscene in Utah.
