LITERACY CAN BE DANGEROUS

by Bob Walsh

Three people were knifed yesterday afternoon in the Placer County Library in Auburn, CA.

The suspect was a black male, about 6-4, 200#, 20-30 years old, wearing black shorts, black shoes and a black hoodie.

There is no information on the condition of the victims or the cause, if known, for the assault.

It's a good thing that nobody in the library had a gun or somebody might have been hurt.

I have visited Auburn, Ca and enjoyed the shopping in the old downtown area. I remember making a mental note about seeing very few if any blacks in the town. That being the case, I reckon he was located forthwith.

I also remember seeing a sign posted reading, "Watch for Rattlesnakes."
