IS KAMALA ABOUT TO BE BOOTED SIDEWAYS ?

Stephen Breyer is one of the more liberal justices of SCOTUS.  He announced today that he is retiring this year.  Senile Joe The Hairsniffer previously announced that his next pick for the Supreme Court will definitely be a Black female.  Kamala fits the criteria and it is possible that even Joe still has enough cognitive awareness that she is dead weight for the Dems 

So, just maybe, he will appoint her to SCOTUS.  She might even get to cast the deciding vote for herself.  Nothing in the constitution says she couldn't do it.  He could then get some slightly less lame lameoid to be the VP who could maybe actually do some work and maybe help carry his barely functional carcass to the end of his term and even conceivably to a next term, sort of like Weekend at Bernie's.  

Don't laugh.  It isn't that farfetched.
