Acting
on Wednesday the 9th U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the
formerly great state of California acting unconstitutionally when it
passed a law prohibiting most 18-21 year olds from buying evil,
horrible, nasty semi-automatic assault rifles.
It is unknown yet if the state A. G. will ask for a hearing before a larger panel of the court, but I would not bet against it.
