Nicholas Bloed was a Sergeant with the Stockton PD.  He was the Officer of the Month in 2014.  He is now a guest of the county pending $4.16 million dollar bail.

Bloed has been on paid leave for about five months, since the first Jane Doe complaints surfaced.  He was sacked on October 13. He is alleged to, among other things, have pulled over and then harassed-assaulted women during these "traffic stops."  His three victims have obtained counsel and are suing.  He was apparently stupid enough to have been sending photos and text messages to at least one of the victims, who has been working with the cops for some period of time.

I would say this guy is in deep doo-doo, and deservedly so.  I just hope the city has their insurance paid up in full.  This is going to cost the taxpayers a ton of money otherwise.

Maybe he will meet someone who will give him the attention he deserves in jail.
