THREE GIRLS AGE 12 AND 13 BEAT A HOMELESS MAN TO DEATH

Reggie Brown of Northwest D.C. was 64-years-old when he was brutally beaten to death by the three girls, age 12 and 13, on Georgia Avenue in October

 

On October 17 of last year a disabled man, 64 years old, was beaten to death in an alley in Washington D. C.  Today three girls ages 12 and 13 are under arrest for this crime.

Surveillance footage shows a group of five girls chasing the man thru an alley. They pull him down off a fence and essentially stomp and beat him to death, some of the blows administered with his own belt.  The girls had asked permission from a man in his early 20s who had just finished knocking the dead man, Reggie Brown, around for as bit of fun.  He gave permission.  

One of the girls was apprehended after being leg shot in her own home under circumstances that remain unclear.  

None of the girls have criminal records but have major truancy problems.  

The miscreants are being charges as juveniles.
