Oakland United To Recall Sheng Thao (OUST) is a
grass-roots organization who wants to recall the mayor of Oakland, CA .
Much of the business community and the few actual taxpayers in Oakland
do not like her because she is an idiot. That seems to be a fair number
of people because they managed to get 40,000 signatures when only
26,000 were required and they did it seven weeks early. The matter will
be placed on a ballot by the city council.

Price It
is possible the recall of the Oakland mayor will coincide of the
already approved recall of the Alameda County District Attorney, Pamela
Price. Her primary claim to fame is working as hard as possible to keep
criminals out of jail and giving a "close personal friend" the highly
paid job of running the part of her office that works hardest at keeping
people out of prison and getting people out who have already been
convicted.
Strangely enough many of the supporters of the recall of Pamela Price are also supporting the recall of Sheng Thao.
