The home where John F. Gustites allegedly shot his son
John F. Gustites, 67, is being charged with murdering his son, John A. Gustites, 42, over a cat.
This
exercise in stupidity worked itself out on Saturday in East Union
Township, PA. The two men began to argue in some unspecified fashion
over a cat. The son grabbed a screw driver and "aimed" it at his
father. The father went to his bedroom, retrieved his .357 magnum,
returned to his sons room and shot him in the face. He then went
downstairs and watched religious videos for about 12 hours until he
called the cops came to arrest him.
The details of this story change depending on which news report you read. Not exactly unexpected.
He is currently a guest of Schuykill County pending $250,000 bail.
