New
York Yankees relief pitcher Nestor Cortes, right, watches as Los
Angeles Dodgers' Freddie Freeman, left, hits a walk-off grand slam home
run during the 10th inning in Game 1 of the baseball World Series
against the New York Yankees, Friday, Oct. 25, 2024, in Los Angeles.
...but I did watch the last few
innings of the first game of the World Series tonight. That was one
hell of a ball game. Dodgers won 6-3 via a grand slam home run in the
bottom of the 10th inning. The game even had some fan interference in
it, in the 7th or 8th inning I believe.
It was baseball at it's best.
