INTERESTING HOW THAT WORKED OUT

By Bob Walsh

Alameda Post - a BART Train comes into the station

Way back in the day, during the plague, six workers were fired by the Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) for refusing to get the Covid vaccine.  They sued.  They just won.  The got more than $1 million each..

Sometimes standing up for what you reasonably believe to be right pays off.  Not always, but sometimes.

Their cause of action was religious exemption, which was denied.  The federal jury ruling just came down.

I got 3 shots at my local health dept. Wore a mask on airplanes. Moderna. I didn't get a cold for a year and a half.
