It was reported today that early voting nationwide is slightly above 50
million. If I recall correctly all votes cast in 2020 numbered about
159 million. Also the powers that be reported that voting is proceeding
very nicely in the areas devastated by hurricane hits recently. All
legal votes should be counted. People who are legally registered should
certainly be allowed to vote even if their homes and their cities are
gone. I am gratified that the system seems to be working.
