FLASHING YOUR RACK STILL ILLEGAL IN NEW HAMPSHIRE

by Bob Walsh

The New Hampshire Supreme Court has determined, by a vote of 3-2. that the ordinance against women in public with exposed breasts is in fact constitutional.

Two women were busted (pardon the pun) on the beach in Laconia while sunbathing topless as part of a FREE THE NIPPLE campaign.

The two women are asserting they may take the case to SCOTUS.
