Juan Antonio Prado was arrested on Saturday on a murder warrant from a 2016 homicide in San Joaquin County. He had fled to Mexico after the killing.
The newspaper article I read on this did not specify whether or not Prado was a U. S. citizen or legal resident alien.
EDITOR'S NOTE: I read several reports on this arrest and none of them identified Prado as an illegal alien.
