The nation-wide NO KINGS rally yesterday was a complete
success. Today we do not have a king. We have an elected president,
elected representatives in both houses of the legislature and a
constitutionally appointed judiciary. SUCCESS.
Of
course we had all those things the day BEFORE the NO KINGS rally as
well. So maybe it wasn't as monumental as it was hoped to be.
Two of the appointed assholes who are saying and doing really
stupid stuff.
And
we still have a lot of elected assholes saying and doing really stupid
stuff. We also have a lot of appointed assholes saying and doing really
stupid stuff. SS. DD. The Republic staggers on.
It
will be really interesting to see what fallout will emerge from the
elections in two weeks. But I don't think creating a monarchy was on
the ballot anywhere so, I am somehow reasonably confident that on
November 5 we will still not have a king. SUCCESS.
