FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME (2)

Yesterday, for the 19th time, Leslie Van Houten was denied parole. Robert Doyle, chairman of the parole board, said Van Houten was not yet suitable for parole because she had failed to gain complete insight into her crime and its motivation.

I’m not surprised her parole was denied. But Doyle’s reasoning is a big crock of shit. The real reason Van Houten was denied parole is that her release would have set off a political tsunami.

Ya but....."fear of setting off a political tsunami is not legally recognized criteri for denying parole."

California's weak criminal justice system could have allowed for her release.

Wasn't it Al Capone...the mafisio boss...that finaly did time for ....income tax evasion???

Sometimes ya gotta do whatcha gotta do....any way you can do it.
