GADHAFI, BUT NOT ASSAD

On Monday the International Criminal Court, also known as the International Court of Justice, issued an arrest warrant Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, accusing him of crimes against humanity for killing civilians who rebelled against his rule.

Meanwhile, Syrian leader Bashar Assad continues to kill civilians who have risen up against his rule.

Will someone please explain why Assad, who has probably killed more civilians than Gadhafi, is not being charged with crimes against humanity.
