SUCCESSFUL PAROLE EXAMPLE

27 robberies? Where was his parole agent all this time? Or was this parolee on one of those kookie no-supervision non-revocable paroles?

The “gray hooded bandit” of Los Angeles turned out to be a parolee who is now in custody.

Jose Manual Cuellar, 20, is believed to have robbed as many as 27 convenience stores and liquor stores in the L.A. and San Fernando Valley area. He was on parole for carjacking and faces up to 40 years if convicted of all charges. (Seems a bit light for 27 robberies to me.) He is currently a guest of the county awaiting charges.
