DESCRIPTION OF THE STRONG ARM ROBBERY BY MICHAEL BROWN

From the police report, here is the description of the strong arm robbery at that Ferguson convenience store:

An employee saw Brown grab a box of Swisher Sweet cigars and hand them to another young man identified as Dorian Johnson, who was standing behind him. The employee said he told Brown he had to pay for the cigars and instead, Brown reached across the counter and grabbed numerous packets of cigars and turned to leave the store. According to the employee, Brown grabbed his shirt and pushed him into a display rack. Then he and Johnson left the store without paying.

The report describes Brown as 6'4", 292 pounds and wearing a white T-shirt, khaki long shorts, yellow socks and a red Cardinals baseball cap. Those were the clothes Michael Brown was wearing during his confrontation with Officer Darren Wilson.

This is clearly not just a little ole case of shoplifting as Brown's supporters would have us believe. Shoplifters always try to avoid detection, but Brown made no attempt to conceal the theft of the cigars. He used physical force to get away and that makes this case a robbery.
