Odell Beckham Jr., who I gather is some sort of well-known jock with LSU, decided it would be appropriate to slap an LAPD Lt. on the ass during the post-win celebration a couple of days ago. The Lt. was not amused. He filed for a misdemeanor sexual battery complaint against Beckham. That was turned down by the DA, but a filing to misdemeanor battery was granted. The only functional difference is the sexual battery complaint can not be expunged if found guilty.
