A couple of weeks ago Governor Godfather Cuomo cancelled the NY state primary, saying it was unnecessary. Federal Judge Analisa Torres of the Southern District of New York told him that he did not have the authority or the right to do that.
The suit was actually filed by Andrew Yang but the principle beneficiary will almost certainly be Crazy Bernie, who wants to continue to rack up delegates just in case Senile Joe The Finger-Fucker drops dead in the next few months, or is certified to be non-compos mentis.
Senile Joe has thus far taken the opinion that Bernie should be able to retain his delegates going into the convention, in order to keep from pissing off the Bernie Bros. It doesn't cost him anything in reality, so it is probably a smart play. Therefore it was undoubtedly thought up by his wife.
