Jose Daniel Claros-Trajedo, 19, is currently a guest of the people for firing on a police helicopter that was responded to the crash of a police helicopter in Houston not quite two weeks ago.
The miscreant fired five rounds into the air shortly before the crash at 0200. It is unclear if he was actually shooting at the helicopter that crashed.
Claros-Tejada, who is an undocumented democrat, is facing numerous charges in conjunction with the incident. One officer died in the crash and another is critically injured.
A total of six people were arrested in the incident. Claros-Tejada is being held against a $100,00 bond. The chopper just managed to miss an apartment building going down.
The original response was to a report of bodies in a marsh. There were no bodies ever found.
