Andy Lack used to be the very-well paid head of the NBC news division. He is now collecting unemployment. (Actually he is leaving at the end of the month.) On Monday they handed him his ass. His departure is supposed to be part of a "restructuring."
He is being replaced by Cesar Conde, currently head of Telemundo, who will take over NBC news, CNBC and MSNBC.
Lack had previously headed both the NBC news division and the entire network, back in the 1990s. His recent picks of Greta Van Sustern and Meghan kelly, both former Fox News figures, turned out to be very expensive failures.
