Darwin Fontenot, 21, is, for the time being, a Port Barre, Louisiana police officer. On March 21 he initiated a traffic stop on a woman for speeding. He is alleged to have coerced sex from her in exchange for some slack on the speeding beef. The officer admitted to the sex, but claims it occurred much late while he was off duty.
The officer has been a cop for about a year and a half. (I find that odd. I didn't know that there was still anywhere a person could be a cop under age 21.)
The officer is on admin leave pending discharge. Under Louisiana law even if the act was encouraged and initiated by the "victim" it would be considered to be rape.
Fontenot is charged with malfeasance in office and third-degree rape.

Louisiana law enforcement is just half a step above Mexico.
