During a WH speech on COVID vaccines, Biden referred to the Vice President as "President Harris"

President Biden was a little premature during a WH speech on COVID vaccines Thursday when he referred to Kamala as "President Harris.'
In his speech he said: "When President Harris and I took ... a virtual tour of a vaccination site in Arizona not long ago."
Was that just a slip of the tongue, or is it a sign of a deeper problem?
Speaking of slips, as he was boarding Air Force One Friday morning, Biden stumbled twice going up the carpeted stairway before falling down. Each time he was able to right himself by pulling up on the handrail.

Maybe it was prop blast from the tooth fairy's wings. Or maybe not. Maybe Biden is a brain-burnt stumble-bum who is lucking to get thru the morning without shitting his shorts.
