But What If Justice Is " The SOB Had It Coming"

The obvious answer is, of course, it doesn't matter.  If the woke crowd, and BLM, and AntiFa, start screaming NO JUSTICE NO PEACE what that actually means is IF YOU DON'T HANG THE GUY WE WANT YOU TO HANG WE WILL BURN DOWN YOUR CITY AND KILL PEOPLE.

The George Floyd death was CLEARLY not murder.  It MAY have been a felonious homicide, but it sure isn't murder.

What they don't tell you is that the neck kneel was SOP for the Minneapolis P D and had been used dozens of times before.  Nobody died from it.  How come the "killer racist cops" didn't kill the other two black guys in the back of the patrol cars?  In fact eventually they were kicked loose when it was determined they were not wanted for anything.  

If the judge had any brains, and any balls, he would move the trial to Cowpie County where there are more dairy cows than people and where there is unlikely to be a riot accompanied by looting and pillaging.  .  

You know the jurors are going to wonder what will happen to them when (not if) their names get out if they do NOT vote a guilty of murder verdict.  

The MOB does not need to be appeased.  The MOB should not be appeased.  Justice involves following the facts and following the law both.  It does not involve throwing somebody off the sled to the wolves.
