FREE MONEY ..... TO GET IT, YOU MUST BE OTHER THAN WHITE

Oakland, CA is launching the prototype of it's "guaranteed income plan."  They will kick down $500 per month to some genuinely deserving folks for about 18 months.  That's cool I guess.  Stockton did something like that recently.  That was with grant money from private donors as opposed to direct taxpayers money.  Same thing is true in Oakland I understand.  There are several other cities nationwide doing a similar thing.

However Oakland has added an additional criteria to be considered for this largess.  The 600 families who get this money must be other than White.  Specifically they must be Black, indigenous people or other "people of color."  I guess Asians are ass-out too.
