5 Oklahoma City officers charged with manslaughter for fatal shooting of 15-year-old

Five Oklahoma City police officers were charged on Wednesday with manslaughter in the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy last November.
Officers responding to reports of an attempted armed robbery at an Oklahoma convenience store shot Stavian Rodriguez 13 times on Nov. 23.
During the encounter outside the store, Rodriguez could be seen on surveillance footage obtained by local media dropping his gun.
He raises his hands, then drops them before being shot.
At first, one officer fired and struck Rodriguez with a “less-lethal” weapon, police said.
With one hand in his pocket and another near his waistline, five other officers then “unnecessarily fire[d] lethal rounds at Stavian Rodriguez, striking him numerous times and inflicting mortal wounds,” an investigator for the Oklahoma City District Attorney’s office wrote in an affidavit.
The officers charged are: Bethany Sears, Jared Barton, Corey Adams, John Skuta and Brad Pemberton. They have been on administrative leave since the shooting.
The cop who fired the “less-lethal” round was not charged.

Dropped weapon. One hand in pocket. One hand arguably reaching for waist band. Five years ago this wouldn't even be a question. Has the definition of "reasonable" changed that much in the last five years? (Maybe it has, I'm just asking.)
Only a jackass would think this is reasonable.
