Anybody
who has ever actually objectively looked at the case would have to
admit that the original Roe v. Wade case was legally flawed. It "found"
a constitutional issue where none actually existed.
It
should be clearly noted that the new court decision does NOT in an of
itself take any abortion rights away from anybody. It merely throws the
issue back to the states, where it clearly belongs under the pretty
clear text of the constitution.
The
pro-abortion fanatics are not having any of that of course. They would
have you believe that the 6-3 majority are now out prowling back alleys
with rusty coat hangers waiting to murder scared, pregnant women.
It
will be interesting to see how much of an influence the two big cases
this year (abortion and guns) will have on the 2022 election. My guess,
for what that is worth to you, is that it will be a wash. The liberals
will almost certainly be more psychotically loud and dangerous about
it, but when it comes to putting the vote in the box my guess is it will
equal out.

Roe v Wade was decided 7-2 overturned 6-3. I think that says a lot about how our justices are unable to read and apply the constitution (whatever way you believe) and merely decide then write gobbledygook to justify their belief.
