Polk
County Sheriff Grady Judd holds up a photo of three teenagers charged
with attempted first degree murder. Their ages are 19, 13, and 14. Dalmas is accused of shooting Lakeland, Florida, police
officer Jamie Smith in the foot during a chase Wednesday involving the
boy and his two cohorts, Jermaine Julian and Leonard Speight Jr.
A 13-year old boy in Lakeland, Florida, decided it would
be smart to shoot it out with the cops while they were chasing him for
stealing a car. He wasn't a great shot but he was a fair bullet
catcher, and he did wound one cop. He actually fired on cops twice that
day.
The cop was shot in the foot. The little bastard was gut shot. More than once.
Officer
Jamie Smith was in foot pursuit of a bunch of baby thugs who were
suspected in a drive-by and an armed robbery. Smith pursued one of the
suspects who was known to be armed. The little shit stopped around a
corner and waited for Smith to come around. He then fired on him,
hitting him in the foot. He then fled, with Smith still in pursuit.
Other
cops joined in and spotted the little bastard hiding in some bushes. A
second gun battle erupted and the suspect was ventilated.
The
little shit, who is still unnamed, will probably be prosecuted as an
adult once his happy ass gets out of the hospital. He was busted in
January for possession of a stolen gun. Clearly nobody cared as he was
not in custody.
