MAYBE IT'S JUST ME, BUT THIS SEEMS PETTY

Priscilla Presley, who is still very much alive and kicking at the age of 77, has been involved in some fairly contentious stuff with her granddaughter, Riley Keough over Lisa Marie Presley's trust.  Priscilla has said that, when her time comes, she wishes to be buried at Graceland next to "the love of her life" Elvis, and her son Benjamin Keough, who died three years ago.  Elvis's father and mother are both buried at Graceland as is Lisa Marie.  

Priscilla's request was turned down.  Back in 2016 Priscilla was removed as a cotrustee and Riley was declared to be the sole trustee.  

Priscilla and Elvis were married for five years and split in 1972.  He died in 1977.  Priscilla did remarry, but that marriage also did not last terribly long.
