The family of Daniel Penny, 24, have slammed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for singling him out in the death of Jordan Neely, 30.
The ex-Marine was charged with manslaughter for Neely's May 1 chokehold death, but the other two men who were seen holding Neely down were never charged.
The black man in a baseball cap and a black jacket and white man in a leather jacket, jeans and a black backpack have not even been named.
DailyMail.com has reached out to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office for comment.

His go-fund-me page for legal expenses has hit $2 million. If he goes down it won't be due to lack of a decent defense.
