SO CAL JUVIE FACILITY KICKS OFF
Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall in
Downey, CA. experienced some acting out by it's poor, misunderstood
youth clients late Friday. Several staff members were assaulted and one
18-year old client escaped custody briefly during the incident.
The 26 acre facility houses 270 clients, many of who are actually adults.
The facility is now on lockdown.
