U. S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ruled
yesterday that the Biden rules against private-personal gun transactions
without as background check are in fact unconstitutional. The ruling
covers Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Utah.
The
judge was of the opinion (correctly) that the current law does NOT give
the government the legal authority to enact this provision off the
cuff. If they want to do it they will have to actually pass a law to do
it.
This means that
Billy-Bob and Bubba will be able to sell off an occasional gun from
their personal collections without the government getting their nose
into the transaction.
