In a ruling handed down today
SCOTUS stated, by a 6-3 vote, that the ATF did NOT have the legal
authority to ban bump stocks by administrative action. That doesn't
mean it isn't going to happen, it just means that the ATF will need
specific legal authority (i.e. legislation) to do so.

I support the 2nd Amendment but I'm not in favor of Bump Stocks. (USA)
The Supremes got one right. We don't need bureaucrats writing laws.
