SENILE JOE BITCH-SLAPPED BY YET ANOTHER FEDERAL COURT

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Schelp (Missouri) has just told Biden that he can not play Santa Claus with the student loan program.  The injunction was requested by several republican states when a federal judge in Georgia declined to extend a separate blocking order.  The Missouri A.G. requested a prompt action by the court, asserting (apparently accurately) that without such action it was possible that several hundred billion dollars of student debt would be transferred to the taxpayers as early as this coming Monday.  For reasons that I do not fully understand the standing of Georgia in this case in marginal while the standing of Missouri is pretty clear-cut.

The plan would, if enacted, cancel as much as $20,000 in student debt for as many as 30 million debtors.

Arkansas, Alabama, Ohio, North Dakota and Florida joined Missouri in the filing.
