Gavin "God I Want To Be President" Newsom, the God-Emperor of the formerly great state of California, has called for a special session of the state legislature in the wake of the Trump massacre of Kamala. He wants the session to prepare to deal with the depredations that he believes Donald (Adolf Hitler) Trump is about to inflict on the formerly Golden (now shit encrusted) State.
It is possible the legislature will tell him to take a flying fuck at a rolling donut, but since the legislature has a super-majority in both houses and wants to keep it they may be desperate enough to want to look like they are going to fight against evil for the left-wing whacko base.
Or it could be a tempest in a tea pot, a tale told by a fool, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. That is the explanation I am going with.
