The fly in the ointment, if there is one, is likely to be Maricopa County, Arizona. Over half of Arizona's population lives there, about 2.5 million active voters. That is the third largest group in the country. They have a large, messy ballot this year. Also they do not verify early ballots until election day. That take time. A lot of time.
A fast vote for Arizona is, historically, eight days. The longest, from 2008, was 17 days. This year they are predicting 13 days.
If Trump takes Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Minnesota it won't matter. If Harris takes all three it probably wont matter either. If anything else happens it might. There could be a lot of frustrated and anxious people around the country for a couple of weeks after election day.
