The principle player in this little drama is Joe Franklin Urias. He was found living in the Windmill Point Elementary School in Port St. Lucie, Florida on November 28. He had apparently been living in the school over the Thanksgiving break. He asserted to the cops that he was homeless. He was, at the time, a teacher at Sommerset College Preparatory Academy in the area. At the time of his arrest he was naked and in possession of a fair number of sex toys, some women's underwear and some weed.
His arrest was a little physical. Among other things he punched one of the cops in the face.
He is no longer employed by Sommerset. I guess they are somewhat narrow minded about such things. He may have to go to work for a public school.
He is currently a guest of the people of St. Lucie County pending $31,000 bail.
