BEING STRANGE IS ILLEGAL IN GEORGIA

By Bob Walsh

Jonathan Navas was accused of "barking like a dog" in an auto parts store.

Jonathan Navas, 29, from Florida, was arrested in an Advanced Auto Parts store in Georgia.  He had been barking like a dog for an hour or so in the store.  When the cops showed up and asked for ID he told them his ID was in his car in the parking lot.  They all went out to the parking lot and got his ID.  The cops also noticed a plastic bag full of narcotics paraphernalia.  Among the goodies was meth.  It turned out that Navas also had a valid warrant out standing from Florida.

He is current a guest of the people of Monroe County pending extradition to Florida.
