California Assemblywoman Ling Ling Chang (R-Diamond Bar) has just proposed AB2682. If approved and passed into law it would prohibit registered sex offenders from using Pokemon Go to lure or otherwise meet up with young potential victims.
I guess that would mean it is OK for them to use the game to meet youngsters they have no intent of victimizing, I just wonder how you prove that sort of thing. Besides, isn’t it already more-or-less illegal for pervs to do that sort of thing?
Maybe Assemblywoman Chang is just bored.
