Heather Amanda Butts, 40, is (was?) a school teacher in Millbrae, CA. She got busted about 5:40 p.m. on Monday in a parked car on a public street in San Bruno engaging in some personal recreational activity with a 15-year old girl. Passers-by saw the activity and called the cops, who actually responded.
Butts was taken into custody yesterday. Everybody who knows her professes to be shocked and surprised.

I think I remember Amanda. When I knew her she went by Bertha Butts. She looked like she got hit in the back of the thighs with a bag of nickels.
