Anthony Silva used to be the mayor of the crime-ridden and gang-infested hole that is Stockton. He was arrested on a bunch of fairly serious shit a couple of years back that ended up in ONE misdemeanor conviction for supplying alcohol to a minor (over 18 but not yet 21) at a camp counselor blast at a very nice camp run by the city at Silver Lake.
He is now facing another bunch of felony charges, mostly relating to (alleged) embezzlement from the city and from the local Boys and Girls club. A total of about $50 k. There were also a couple of firearms charges. I am unsure of why he is a prohibited person right now as he has no felony conviction but apparently he is.
In any event back in July (before the latest charges were made) he got stopped by the CHP for rolling a red light. He got a ticket. He signed the ticket Donald Trump. The cop was not amused. He is now also facing a misdemeanor charge of signing a false name on a promise to appear. It could actually get him six months in the can and a fine of up to $1,000, though it probably won't.
Just shows you how some people can be a dick for no reason, and how it can bite them in the ass.

Poor Tony. Apparently being a Dick comes easy for him. He has plenty of experience.
