The Sacramento County, CA. District Attorney announced on Saturday that there will NOT be charges filed in the police shooting death of Stephon Clark. I do not know if the rioting will start Saturday night, the weather will be crappy and rioters like nice weather. That being said it is IMHO likely bordering on certain that there will be riots beginning on Sunday.
