A judge has ordered that the file on notorious hoaxter Jussie Smollett be made available to the public. This move will not necessarily place Smollett in any legal jeopardy, his case was closed in what I understand was a one-way, unrecoverable action. It will, however, let the public see the real skinny on the situation. Smollett has continued to maintain that his original, idiotic story is in fact true. The reality should be a hilarious read.
He still may have some exposure to federal officials over mail fraud, but so far the feds have seemed uninterested in pursuing the case.
